This service does not represent honestly and advertises live sessions
when they are merely pre-recorded for download. Furthermore they don't
communicate well when products are misrepresented. I received no
communication from the company after I registered for a not live event,
got the wrong event which was not in my industry and then company failed
to communicate from their error. I would not use this company at all.

I have a iMac.....when I click on view document it downloads the show_temp file into a download window.....I have not been able to figure out how to change the document name to .pdf without opening it and getting billed for the jibberish file. Anyone know what to do???

It would be nice to see Apple finally realize that all their ridiculous patents aren't going to save them. Patents are no substitute for customer service. I applaud Apple for their customer service and admire them for their efforts in that arena.

But when I see them swing their patents around to *eliminate* Android, my blood boils. It's one thing to compete on quality and customer service. It's quite another to use government coercion to eliminate the competition.

That Apple uses government coercion against their competitors is *exactly* why I won't buy an Apple product. Same goes for Microsoft.

So I use Linux instead of either one. Linux is completely voluntary. Now if we can just get OEMs to ship computers without a Windows license at the same price that we can buy a Windows machine, the revolution would be complete.

The efficiency that electronic signatures have added to my practice is priceless. We use Rightsignature to send and execute all of our contracts and invoices online. Aside from the speed with which the documents are returned, the ability to store and access all of the copies in one location is huge. Great time saver and relatively inexpensive.

You could also give a link to the official article rather than a copy of the article from AppleInsider. AppleInsider, of course, is going to biased on the matter and use the information that praises iOS and bashes Android. For a true unbiased account, you should inform users of the actual article published by Symantec or post it on here. I am not biased toward either platform but I do believe you shouldn't tell people to generate an opinion based off a biased article.
